We want you to be as cozy as possible, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the product is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your Oodie or accessories back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and ribbons are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
